Product Warranty

Liberty Stix has a Lifetime Warranty on all electronic components, with limitations as listed below.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs associated and/or resulting from:

   •   Modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than Liberty Stix, LLC;
   •   Physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;
   •   Any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or
   •   Use of Liberty Stix devices with other manufacturers' chargers, batteries or cartridges

Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by inference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your Liberty Stix device fails to operate adequately, please simply follow the steps below as they apply to your purchase:

Lifetime Warranty/ Product Replacement

Within 30 days of purchase, Liberty Stix will replace any electronic component absolutely free of charge given that it does not violate any of the 'not covered' instances mentioned above. In order to receive a swap out within 30 days of purchase, the Liberty Stix owner must have a receipt/proof of purchase. To arrange a less than 30 day swap out, please call 877-879-7849.

All replacement instances beyond 30 days are $12.50 per instance, to cover shipping and handling costs. This replacement can apply to any defective or faulty electronic component, such as: Batteries, USB Chargers, Wall Chargers, and Car Chargers. All Cartomizer sales are final; cartomizers are unable to be returned. Please call our offices at your earliest convenience to resolve the issue 877-879-7849 (877-TRY-STIX).

After calling the above customer service number, you will be instructed as to how we will facilitate your replacement.

Returning Your Product

Liberty Stix, although a fantastic and highly successful product, simply is not for everyone. Therefore, if you purchase direct from our website or phone number, we offer refunds up to 15 days from the date of purchase if you are not fully satisfied with your product. All returns are refunded in full less shipping and handling and any cartomizers. Note: CARTOMIZERS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Due to insurance constraints, and the personal nature of this product, we do not give monetary compensation for any cartridges returned. All returns must be processed through our customer service phone number (877-879-7849) prior to the product being sent back to Liberty Stix.

After speaking with a Liberty Stix representative regarding your return, the return must be shipped back to Liberty Stix, with delivery confirmation (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Enclose all components you are being reimbursed for with your return package. Please also include a copy of your receipt or packing slip that you received with your product.

Liberty Stix sells in hundreds of stores across the nation. Liberty Stix is not responsible for, and has no impact on the return or refund policies of these individual stores.
